Position Summary
The Senior Production Designer is a mid-level creative role responsible for the high-volume execution of design assets across branding, campaigns, and digital platforms. This role is essential in supporting brand and campaign designers by producing hundreds of deliverables from static ads to HTML5 banners while maintaining consistency, accuracy, and brand integrity.
The Senior Production Designer is highly versatile across tools and formats, working in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with additional fluency in presentation design (PowerPoint/Keynote). They also contribute to building baselines for brand guidelines, ensuring systems are scalable and easy to implement across multiple platforms. This role often wears multiple hats in the studio, flexing into ad hoc creative needs with speed and precision.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Produce a high volume of static and HTML5 ads in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other tools.
- Support campaign rollouts by creating consistent, on-brand assets across digital, print, and social platforms.
- Translate brand guidelines into scalable production templates, asset libraries, and systems.
- Build and refine presentation decks (PowerPoint/Keynote) to support client-facing storytelling.
- Contribute to the development of brand baselines and production-ready documentation for guidelines.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and developers to ensure creative consistency across deliverables.
- Perform quality control and versioning across multiple outputs, maintaining accuracy and brand standards.
- Flex into ad hoc creative needs in the studio, assisting with collateral, mockups, or production overflow.
- Stay current on best practices in digital production, file prep, and emerging ad formats.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of production design experience, ideally in a creative agency or in-house brand environment.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience building HTML5 ads and digital campaign assets.
- Strong eye for detail, typography, layout, and brand consistency.
- Familiarity with presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote) for building high-quality decks.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with flexibility to support various creative functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent experience.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
This is a full-time, exempt position requiring approximately 40 hours per week, with flexibility for project and campaign deadlines. Work is hybrid, combining remote and in-office collaboration. Extended periods of computer use, asset creation, and file management are expected. Occasional overtime may be required for campaign launches or urgent deliverables.
