Position Summary
The Senior QA Analyst is a mid-senior role responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and performance of digital deliverables, including brochure websites, campaign ads, and other digital assets. This role requires keen attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance technical testing with design and content review.
The Senior QA Analyst serves as the final checkpoint before launch, verifying that projects meet the client’s standards for consistency, usability, grammar, and performance. You will document issues, communicate changes clearly to developers and designers, track progress through resolution, and sign off on deliverables when ready for release.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Test brochure websites across multiple devices and browsers for performance, responsiveness, and usability.
- Review ads, social assets, and other digital files for consistency, branding, grammar, and technical integrity.
- Monitor site load times and identify performance bottlenecks.
- Verify functional elements (links, forms, navigation, animations) against specifications.
- Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA) are met across deliverables.
- Create and maintain detailed QA documentation, including bug/issue reports, test plans, and checklists.
- Communicate issues and recommendations clearly to design, development, and account teams.
- Track progress of reported issues to resolution and verify fixes before launch.
- Support pre-launch reviews, client approvals, and go-live readiness processes.
- Contribute to the refinement of the client’s QA workflows, tools, and standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience, ideally in a creative agency or digital production environment.
- Strong knowledge of website testing, including responsive and cross-browser QA.
- Experience testing campaigns, ads, and other digital media assets.
- Working knowledge of CMS-driven websites (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify).
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, Lighthouse).
- Excellent command of grammar and attention to detail for content reviews.
- Strong documentation and issue-tracking skills (e.g., Jira, Asana, Workamajig, or equivalent).
- Effective communicator able to articulate issues and solutions to both creative and technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Media, or equivalent experience.

This is a mid-senior quality assurance position reporting to the Development Lead or Director of Operations. The Senior QA Analyst is expected to own QA across projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and serve as the final sign-off for digital deliverables before launch.

- Authority to flag issues and halt launches until quality standards are met.
- Authority to define QA requirements and maintain QA documentation.
- Escalates scope changes, resourcing issues, or unresolved critical bugs to the Development Lead or Director of Operations.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
This is a full-time, exempt position requiring approximately 40 hours per week, with flexibility for launch deadlines. Work is hybrid, combining remote and in-office collaboration.
